Friends you know that we all love our mother land. But Punjab is turning into something else. The air, water and soil have become toxic, the milk contains urea and vegetables are injected with "medicines" to make them look fresh.
This is surely not the Punjab we know. But the question now is Is this the Punjab we all want?
If our answer is "No" then ... the next question is Should something be done to save it? This is a burning question that cannot be ignored anymore. So I have created a Poll to get your views.

I think the cleaning starts from self.At this moment there is total lack of role models.If my role model is a dacoit , I would like to become dacoit, it is simple.For this we shall have to detach from every relation so that we may be ready to say dacoit to self even if need be.Only then we shall have courage and right to point finger towards others.Really there is hard to find a person who can be worshipped for his character at least in politics. And we do not remember our heros of past as they should be.At this moment looters of the nation surrounded with sycophants are ruling the roost.Only people willing to sacrifice everything should start this topic otherwise followers has to reap harvest of troubles.If the man desires , what can not be achieved?Only sincere effort needs to be done.At least we can make some difference, means some, howsoever small .But that will be difference.At my personal level I saw that people having relics of guru sahiban , are among the most important but dejected lot.Many even do not afford education for their children and find hard to live.All of them were given trophies bu Guru sahibs for their sacrifice and service at different times.See how we forget the real people.I can give more detail.With God's grace I am able to push.My personal desire is that I shall help by giving any kind of support which I can give with my resources.I am happy that I am getting good results.
So back to our problem, we at least should get up on personal level if not on group level.Difference can be made, if intent is true.

I strongly feel that punjab at the present needsa careful insight into the conditionsprevailing there. also the matter of concern is that the intellectual mettle of the state is leaving it either to go abroad in search for greener pasturse or beacause of lack of opportunities.
A state which revolutionised the way agriculture could be thought of needs another revolution and preferbly in the energy sector. with various types of the opportunities coming in the market for energy sector ,i believe that not only the government but also the alumni of GNDECahs to look into the matter andcontribute.
